Thank you, Mark Smith, for my second back-to-back. I appreciate you, George H., Judy, Rex, & Sese for volunteering as our Training Ride Leaders (TRLs) keeping us safe and motivated.

On this ride, we had route options at 21, 25.6, 47, & 67 miles all with lots of climbing in the first 21 miles. Those 21 miles took as from Orinda BART to Lafayette BART (5 miles apart). From that area to Lunardi’s in Danville where I bought Peeps in honor of my PD, Amica, I decided that my body was aching to head back home and not tackle Mt. Diablo. So back to Orinda finding the least hilly route with my Princess-mate, Deyon.

My glutes and quads so appreciated the road less climbed to get back.

OMG, less than 55 days. Remember, I don’t just do this for fun, for spandex, for silliness, for tiredness, or for soreness. We are all committed to help #endHIVAIDS. I will continue to raise funds for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center to combat this disease until we reach the day that no one has to anymore.

For those who donate to the cause are our #Heroes and we #RideLoveLive #TakeCareOfEachOther and we think about why we give, roadie, and ride ...
  • for those who can't
  • for those who live
  • for those who give
  • and most of all, for those who can't live if we don't give

On June 2nd, we ride out from the Cow Palace to ride from #SanFrancisco to #LosAngeles for 7 days and over 545 miles to help #EndHivAids.

And for my friends and family who are continuing to help end HIV/AIDS, please go to the donation link: http://www.tofighthiv.org/goto/artdesuyo

#PositivePedalers #EndingStigma will #RideLoveLive until HIV/AIDS is a thing of the past #givingbacktothecommunity #cyclinglife #volunteer
