Caring for my legs and other things

After riding 173 miles, this past Saturday and Sunday, I decided not to torture my legs more than needed during the week, so I took the last few days easy with ...

  1. Low impact walking on a treadmill
  2. Some, meaning very little, arms and upper body workout
  3. Light weight, leg strengthening 
And, other things to get ready for May 31 to June 6, ...
  1. No personal fundraising (I'll wait until after April 15, for follow-up)
  2. Team EDNA fundraising

      • So order yours by April 20th, for shipping the first week of May to support Team EDNA
      • Wear it on Day 4, June 3rd - take a picture and send it to me for posting
    • Sent email and made calls for lovely silent auction items for our Team EDNA fundraiser next Thursday in Walnut Creek
      • Massages
      • Calistoga stay
      • Local restaurants
      • Other items donated by members and supporters
So that's been my week so far to support AIDS/LifeCycle. Hope yours is wonderful!
